We always think what to do or what to not, similarly, to condition or not, to oil or not. You can have green leafy vegetables, fish, pumpkin seeds, beans, chickpea, cheese, milk, soy, lentils, peas, quinoa and yogurt soybeans and cereals which provide protein and strengthens the hair.

Dermatology says it’s normal to lose 100 to 150 strands of hair per day and for that one should not panic to see a bunch of hair on the floor. Don’t use comb on wet hair because they are more prone to breakage. Trim your hair every 3 to 4 months to remove split ends. Don’t wash hair every day, apply conditioner on every time you shampoo. Homemade shampoo

You can make your own shampoo with the mixture of reetha, amla, shikakai. To make it you just have to soak them overnight and in the next morning boil the mixture till it get half. After it cool down use it as a shampoo.

Tea tree oil

Tea tree oil is very much beneficial for hair growth, dandruff and so many other problems. It is anti-bacterial and can cure infections and fungal problems.


Chamomile plant is used for tea, it can also be use as a prevent hair fall and hair loss. It will rejuvenate the hair to nourish the hair follicles.


Use mayonnaise to nourish and shine hair, apply half a cup of it on the hair. Then cover it for 15 minutes with a plastic bag. Once done with the masks then wash hair with a shampoo.

Rose water

Rose water is very useful for dry hair. Apply a mixture of olive oil, rose water, honey and mashed ripe papaya then apply it on the hair and shampoo after an hour.

Multani mitti

It is helpful for oily hair, apply a mixture of multani mitti, amla, reetha and shikakai  to the hair for 40 minutes. After shampoo see the best result.

Castor oil

Castor oil is the best oil to prevent hair fall problem and help to grow long hair. It has qualities of an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-dandruff which cures all the problems related to the hair.

Almond oil

Almond oil is rich in vitamin E and works great on the hair to give shine and nourish. It helps to make the healthy and beautiful hair.

Regular brushing

Excessive brushing on hair can cause hair fall. Always use broad bustle comb, one must comb at least 50 times before go to bed. Brushing the hair makes roots stronger and hair grow faster.

Never wrap wet hair

Mostly, we wrap our wet hair in a towel after shampoo, it can cause hair fall which can make this even worse.
